The Gem Theatre was a neighborhood motion picture venue opened in the Olympia Building that was completed in 1908 and was the second Gem Theatre opened in Wenatchee since early 1909. The venue may have been acquired by Bert Magee and renamed the Dream Theatre when he opened a third Gem Theatre in March 1913.
